WIN A FREE DVD RENTAL BY TAKING AN ONLINE LIBRARY SURVEY

We would like to hear from you!  Please take a few minutes to complete this online survey for us.  It will help us improve services to our patrons.  Print out the final page of the survey (the page that says, "Thank you for completing our survey"), bring it to the library, and get one FREE rental DVD.  Ages 8 and up may participate.  Please, no more than 5 per family.   Printed copies of the survey are available at the Library.
