CHILD-SAFE WEB BROWSER FOR HOME USE
Yes, it's
free! Visit the Library and download "ELF," a web

and fun games. Plus it's easy to install and use. Copy
the installation file to a USB drive, take it home, and install it
on as many PCs as you like.
